What hardware do I get?

A genuine Apple Mac mini (2024, Silver) — the M4 chip with a 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU, 16GB unified memory and a 256GB SSD — as dedicated bare metal — you are the only tenant on the machine.

Where are the machines hosted?

In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA — a central-US location, with each machine on a dedicated 10Gbps port and unlimited bandwidth.

How do I access my machine?

Through AnyDesk remote desktop — free apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iPhone and Android, so the Mac works from a laptop or straight from your phone. Your AnyDesk address and access password live in your dashboard behind an email confirmation code, alongside a step-by-step connection guide.

How does billing work?

Each term is billed upfront through Stripe — $450 every 3 months, $800 every 6 months, or $1,350 yearly — and renews automatically so your machine never lapses by accident. Cancel anytime from Manage billing in your dashboard: you keep the machine until the end of the term you've already paid, and simply aren't billed again.

Do you take promo codes?

Yes — there's an "Add promotion code" field right on the checkout page. Keep an eye on our Discord for drops.

Which term is the best deal?

The 1-year plan at $1,350 works out to about $112.50/month — the lowest rate we offer. The 6-month plan is the most popular balance of flexibility and savings.

How fast can I get started?

Machines are assigned automatically the moment payment clears — your dashboard shows the new machine with its access credentials, usually within a minute of checkout.

Can I renew or upgrade later?

Renewal is automatic, so there's nothing to do to keep your machine. To switch terms, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll sort it without losing your machine.
