Welcome back, there
Loading your machines…
Confirm your email
One quick step: we use your email for security codes and account notices. We'll send a 6-digit code to verify it.
No machines yet
Pick a term below and your Mac mini is set up automatically — usually within a minute of payment.

Access your machine
- Download AnyDesk from anydesk.com/download — it's free, and available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
- Open AnyDesk and type your machine's AnyDesk address below into the Remote Desk box, then press Connect.
- When it asks for a password, enter the access password below. Tick "Log in automatically" if you'd rather not type it each time.
Using your machine
How do I reboot it?
Reboot from inside macOS, over your AnyDesk session — the same way you'd restart any Mac:
- Connect with AnyDesk.
- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Choose Restart…, then confirm.
Your AnyDesk session drops while it restarts. Wait about a minute, then reconnect with the same address and password — AnyDesk starts automatically with the machine, so nothing needs setting up again.
If it doesn't come back: the machine is physical hardware and we can't power-cycle it remotely on your behalf yet. Open a ticket on Discord and we'll press the button in person.
How do I use it from my phone?
AnyDesk has proper mobile apps, so your Mac works from a phone or tablet:
- Install AnyDesk from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android).
- Open it and enter the same AnyDesk address shown above.
- Enter the same access password when prompted.
A few things that make it far more usable on a small screen:
- Switch the input mode to trackpad — dragging moves a cursor instead of teleporting it, which is much easier to aim.
- Pinch to zoom into a region rather than squinting at the whole desktop.
- Tap the keyboard icon for a real keyboard, including modifier keys like Command (⌘) and Option (⌥).
- On iOS, rotating to landscape gets you noticeably more usable screen.
Can I transfer files to it?
Yes — AnyDesk has file transfer built in. With a session open, drag a file straight onto the remote desktop window, or use the File Transfer tab in AnyDesk's sidebar for a two-pane copy view.
For anything large, downloading directly on the machine is far quicker: it's on a 10 Gbps port with unlimited bandwidth, so pulling a file from the internet there beats pushing it from your home connection.
The connection is laggy or won't connect
- Won't connect at all? Check the status above says Running. If it says Suspended, that's billing — see Manage billing.
- Laggy or blurry? In AnyDesk, open Settings → Display and switch to Optimise reaction time. That trades some sharpness for responsiveness.
- Wrong password? Reveal it again above — codes expire, and revealing generates a fresh look at the current password.
- Still stuck? Open a ticket on Discord with your machine ID (shown at the top of this page) and we'll take a look.
What happens if I cancel?
Use Manage billing to cancel any time. Your machine keeps running until the end of the term you've already paid for — cancelling doesn't cut it off early.
After that it's suspended and the disk is wiped before the machine goes to anyone else, so copy off anything you want to keep before your term ends.
